St Sebastian’s school opened its doors in the beautiful near city suburb of Yeronga in 1937. The Sisters of St Joseph taught the first class of 38 students in 1937 in what is now The Arts Hall. St Sebastian’s is administered by Brisbane Catholic Education [BCE], the educational arm of the Archdiocese of Brisbane.
