At Gawler Community Child Care we recognize each child as important and that he/she has individual needs. We offer an inclusive program that will foster the development of the child. We believe that children should be able to express their creativity.
We strongly acknowledge the importance of children developing a positive self-concept. To achieve this it is important for all children to feel physically and emotionally safe at all times. This will enable each child to develop trust as well as a positive attitude about themselves and others and their ability to achieve.
Gawler Community Child Care welcomes families from diverse backgrounds. The program reflects the philosophy and is respectful and inclusive of diversity including culture, gender and additional needs. Specialist support services are utilised within our centre for families, children and staff accessing our service. We network with community groups to foster links between the centre, children and families.
