Founded in 1919 the College is a co-educational day and boarding school with a maximum enrolment of 430. Blackheath and Thornburgh College is a non-denominational, co-educational school for Day Students from Pre-School to Year 12 and Residential Students Years 5 to 12. These include an Assembly Hall seating 500, air-conditioned classrooms, Science and Technology Laboratories, Music Rooms, Manual Arts building, a well-equipped Library and a Dining Hall.
