As a mainstream Christian College, we actively strive to provide an education which supports the all-round balanced growth and development of our students. Our stimulating and life-related learning environment offers students the opportunity for spiritual and moral growth, service and social engagement, and the pursuit of excellence in academic achievement, the arts, and physical activity.
Our small class sizes, and dedicated teachers who voluntarily commit to additional individual student support beyond class time, ensure that our students have every opportunity to achieve significant all-round academic excellence and personal growth. Student's individual learning and social needs are closely monitored, ensuring that irrespective of year level or ability, each has a learning pathway which is challenging, purposeful and fulfilling. In 2014 we will be introducing Food Technology as a further curriculum opportunity for Middle School students. Pastoral care of students, both as individuals, and as members of the wider community, is a core focus in our school.
We believe that in valuing our students, they will better value themselves and each other. Our strong inter-school sport program is reflected in the significant achievement of individual students and teams at District level, with additional teams sponsored by the College participating in out-of-school hours basketball and netball competitions. The College is providing an increasing number of co-curricular activities including human powered vehicle competitions, sport aerobics, and tournament of the minds.
For the convenience of our parents, the College offers Before-and-After School Care. We warmly invite parents and prospective students to take personalised tour of the College with the one of our Coordinators, and meet our College Registrar. To book a tour, please call our Registrar on 5941 7544.
