Fitzroy High School operates within a humane environment. Our small size enables us to get to know our students well. The school firmly believes, "Adults work better and students learn better when they know one another." If all we are is small and humane, however, that will not be enough. If the opportunity to develop close relationships with students and know them well is not leveraged on behalf of improving opportunities for their intellectual development, achievement, and success, the promise of Fitzroy High will be squandered.
