The Western Australian Centre for Rural Health (WACRH) aims to improve rural, remote and Aboriginal health through research, education, student support and community service activities. WACRH operates with support from The University of Western Australia, but also works closely with numerous health organisations, on a local and national level.
Academic research is an integral part of WACRH's activities. Many of WACRH's research projects focus on Aboriginal health and endeavour to translate theory into actions that benefit remote and rural communities in WA.
