balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul.
If you are new to yoga or have not studied Iyengar yoga we ask that you start in a beginner's class to establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.
Beginners courses are calendar monthly. Courses begin on the 1st week of each month and bookings can be made the week before the start of a new month.
