The AusAsia Business Research Group is an initiative at the School of Business of James Cook University to promote high quality research concerning Australia-Asia business dynamics.
Asia has become the major destination of Australia’s exports. Currently, some 60% of Australia’s exports land in Asia. Several countries in East Asia in particular have emerged as Australia’s major trading partners. With the fast growing economies of China and India, Asia will increasingly become Australia’s most important export market.
