At Padthaway Primary School our motto is Preparing for the future … today. We act to achieve this through our focus on literacy, numeracy and the development of problem solving and comprehension skills in a learning program designed to develop creative, confident students who can adapt and participate as globally aware citizens. We value and promote personal excellence along with a strong sense of empathy for others and resilience for self that helps build quality relationships between students, staff, families and the wider community.
We are a small rural school that caters for children from Preschool to Year 7. We are set amidst a vista of Conservation Park, vineyards and farmland. Padthaway community demonstrates a wonderful sense of ownership and commitment to the school which is reflected through parent participation in the Governing Council, parent volunteerism and the outstanding level of participation in school improvement projects, fundraising activities and many other aspects of our school’s life.
