Tallowood School is a public school that caters for students with special needs. Our school is located in Kellyville in the north west of Sydney.
Our school caters for students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities and their associated needs.
The school ethos fosters positive self image, personal and social competence through the implementation of a broad curriculum from primary Key Learning Areas. Senior programs offer Stage 4 Life Skills in the Key Learning Areas, Stage 5 School Certificate Life Skills and Stage 6 Higher School Certificate Life Skills. There is a strong emphasis on communication, social skills, independence in daily living and preparing students for community life.
