BRI Australia is an independent centre of expertise in grains, grain processing, milling and grain food processing and baking. Founded in 1947 by the Bread Manufacturers of NSW, our initial aim was to assist in the improvement of bread quality. Since that time, we have considerably broadened our customer base and focus of activities, with expansion first into milling, then into grain quality and eventually into grains processing. Our coure business is providing research and technological expertise in the grains, grains processing and grain food industries. BRI Australia Limited is a company limited by guarantee. We are governed by a board of directors elected from a broad cross section of the grain and grain foods industries.
