Abermain Public School has ten classes
supported by ten full time classroom teachers,
one teacher-librarian employed 4 days per week,
one support teacher employed 4 days per week,
one reading recovery teacher who works 2 hours
per day on reading and the remainder of the day
on classroom support and teacher release. The
school employs additional teaching resources
from Priority Schools Program funding to run
special targeted literacy and numeracy programs.
All teaching staff meet the professional
requirements for teaching in NSW public schools.
