Bourke Public School aims to provide knowledge, develop skills and foster understandings that will help children operate effectively as members of society now and in the future. Our focus areas for 2000 have been literacy, technology and student management. Additional documentation can be found on these areas through out the report. We are able to fund these programs through the Country Areas Program, the Disadvantaged Schools Program and our Aboriginal Student Support and Parent Awareness (ASSPA) Program.
