Yirrkala School provides education to students from early years to senior years. The school focuses on the priorities of attendance, student achievement in numeracy, literacy and pathways to employment; as well as community engagement and participation. The past 10 years, has seen the school experience considerable growth in student numbers. The school is currently involved with developing and implementing quality educational programs for students in the process of becoming bilingual and bicultural.
