Ours is a friendly, co-educational country school that is large enough to offer a range of programs, services and activities. It has a great reputation. Our school caters for Prep Year through to Year 7. The School is located 15km north of Sarina and 26km south of Mackay. We have strong links with the community and are part of the Sarina Links cluster of schools, being a feeder school to Sarina State High School.
Our Educational Programs at Alligator Creek State School are planned to ensure the highest possible standards in Literacy and Numeracy. We offer a range of extra-curricular activities students can involve themselves in and represent the school.
Parents/carers are welcome to become involved in the many school activities - in the classroom, library, tuckshop, on excursions and other school events. The Parents’ & Citizens’ Association meeting held every month is an ideal opportunity for parents to participate in decision-making processes.
