In 2006 Camp Hill State School (established 1926) and Camp Hill State Infants School (established 1951) merged into Camp Hill State Infants and Primary School.
Our school (CHSIPS), while relatively new, combines the proud histories and traditions of two schools that have very deserved reputations for providing excellence in education.
Our school motto of ‘Together we Achieve’ reflects the strong commitment of teachers and the school community in encouraging every child to reach their full potential while developing social responsibility and the attributes of Life Long Learners. Our students are encouraged to be active learners with the skills of the Habits of the Mind supporting their life choices.
Our campus provides a safe, supportive and caring environment for high quality learning for student from Preparatory to Year 7. The school offers a wide range of academic, sporting, musical and cultural programmes as well as extra curricular programmes of excellence.
