Continue to interrogate data in order to build high expectations for all students. Identify aspects of curriculum that need to be improved with the implementation of the national curriculum.
Develop a school data collection plan to be published in SOT agenda documents to formalise the timings for data reviews. Link staff development to the need to develop capacity of teaching staff. Target new staff with an induction program that quickly brings them in line with the expectations of high performing school.
