Our greatest asset is our sense of community. It is the size of our school which allows us the flexibility to build the relationships that create this community. It is our relationships that turn the teaching and learning at Walkamin State School into a personal activity. Our aim is to provide a high quality education in a safe supportive environment that will equip our students for the future to enable them to make a positive contribution in their lives and to society. Our challenge for the future is to use our strengths to improve our school’s capability and make our school better. We are developing our curriculum to meet the Australian curriculum standards.
