Morwell is located in central Latrobe Valley, 150km east of Melbourne.
Morwell Park Primary School is approximately 4kms north east of Morwell's central business district and services a changing residential area. MPPS has excellent grounds consisting of a large grassed and shaded playground with a basketball court and asphalt area. It also has access to an adjoining oval and extensive netball facility.
