Wangaratta West is one of four public primary schools in the Rural City of Wangaratta. Currently we have 240 students enrolled. Wangaratta West has celebrated 60 years of providing quality education for several generations of local residents.
We have a vibrant and dedicated staff who have a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy. We focus on differentiating the curriculum to suit the needs of each and every learner. Our broad curriculum challenges students to engage in a wide variety of issues of the natural and physical worlds. A dynamic music education program stimulates and engages our students.
