Ashburton Drive Primary School opened in January 1986 with an enrolment in excess of 350 and is located in the south eastern suburb of Gosnells. The school was built on land that had previously been a farm and to continue the farming theme many farm implements are scattered throughout the grounds. Currently the enrolment is 392 primary school students, 45 pre primary students and 40 kindergarten students. The multicultural nature of the school is reflected by family backgrounds covering over 30 countries.
