Varsity Apartments can accommodate around 500 residents plus staff. Our apartments all have four private bedrooms, with a large communal kitchen and living areas. Communal living areas include a balcony or patio to take advantage of the wonderful climate available on the Sunshine Coast. Purpose built secure fully furnished student apartments have everything you’ll need to live in comfort while you excel in your studies. FREE use of our lap pool, and lagoon pool as well as our gym, tennis court, beach volleyball court, and rec hall, just 5 minutes walk to the university.
