The College is Australia's premier hospitality and training institute with over 500 students from 45 countries. The College offers a 1 year Master of Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management in partnership with Macquarie Graduate School of Management; a 3 year Bachelor of Business, Hospitality and Tourism in association with Macquarie Univerisity and a 2 year Diploma of Hospitality Management in association with HOTELCONSULT 'Cesar Ritz' of Switzerland. The Diploma and Bachelor Degree programs both include 9 months of fully paid industry training.
