Geham State School is part of Education Queensland’s Darling Downs South West Region. It is located 25km north of Toowoomba. We cater for children from the communities of Geham, Cabarlah, Highfields, Hampton and Ravensbourne.
Geham is a Band 6 school with approximately 120 students and provides multigrade, co-educational schooling from Prep to Year 7.
We are committed to developing a school with a futures orientated outlook. To ensure this occurs our curriculum uses and includes a rigorous approach to literacy and numeracy teaching as well as a focus on information and communication skills, thinking and problem solving skills and interpersonal and self-directional skills. Our longstanding commitment to values education and responsible behaviour ensures the outstanding results achieved to date continue.
